Face Your Faith

This week we are going to look at the account of Noah and specifically that of the Flood and the Ark. And this is going to more than likely be a somewhat controversial topic and for a good number of reasons, but hope you stick with this to its conclusion.

This week on Face Your Faith we are back in the account of Jonah for part two of Jonah and the Whale or fish as we discovered last week, and we are going to pick up where we left off in God’s Word.

Our topic for this week is Jonah and the Whale Part 1, but unfortunately we have already started this very globally famous story off on a boat with no ores. And without ores we are not going to go anywhere we need to go and that because we have no clue that it was a whale that swallowed Jonah and it really has nothing to do with the fish, and as we discussed in the message The Lions Den, this is n...

This week our topic is on The Lions Den. And we are going to be taking what I hope is a unique look at God’s Word taken from Daniel. Perhaps you know this story well, but have you ever examined it closely and beyond that of a guy who prayed when he was told not to, got caught, got chucked into a den of hungry lions because he prayed, and was not eaten because God kept the lions from attacking him?

This week we are going to look at one of my all time favorite topics, and that of how do we, or can we prove the authenticity and accuracy, along with the existence of one, triune, creator of all things — God! The God of scripture, the God of the Bible, the God of the universe.

This week our topic is on lying, and what constitutes lying, and what it is that God has to say about lying, and how it effects our lives with each other and our lives with God.

Our topic this week is on a not so often covered topic in God’s Word, and that of cursing. And the question we will answer is, does God throughly address our foul mouth directly, or are these words just filler for conversation to make a point, or make us sound cool and likable, and a place holder for us to fit in to a conversation and with a group of people?

Our message this week is on Praying, Rejoicing and Giving Thanks. And the passage of scripture we will be studying is 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18. "Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."

This week we will take a look at what it means to be a servant leader and how we are to both lead and serve all at the same time. And this is exactly what God expects of every believer. That we, to the best of our abilities, follow in the footsteps of Jesus as he modeled these actions for us.

This week our topic is on whether or not you can lose your Salvation, once you have genuinely received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. And we are going to go through God’s Word and find out what exactly is or is not possible, and as always get God’s answers to this question and not rely on the worlds opinion of what we think God is saying.

Our topic today is on salvation, and specifically as to whether or not you are saved, and positively saved. As in there is no doubt at all.

Our Savior is Risen! He is Risen from the Dead, and He Is Lord! And today we celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior and all that He has done and is doing and will do, and this is indeed a great day of remembrance.
