Duke Reacts!

New video for MGK's two part opus "Outlaw Overture", reacting to this hodgepodge of ideas and video concepts and genres. Enjoy

Parody of "We Built This City" by Jefferson Starship, I've never heard this Rucka song before. It came out fire.

Tyler the Creator's new album DON"T TAP THE GLASS is out NOW, featuring a sample of Busta Rhymes and possibly somebody else.

Classic MV from 2006, Nas featuring Will. I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas. Hip-Hop Is Dead. I will argue hip-hop has never been more alive, but either way this record still SLAPS. Sample of Iron Butterfly, In A Gadda Da Vida

Reacting to the full music video for Drake's latest masterwork WHAT DID I MISS? He threw in an homage to perhaps his most notorious video, Hotline Bling. It can only mean one thing. Sorry for the sound interference. There was some static but decided to keep the take.

Lost R&B banger from 2000, I Wish is one of the pitchiest performances of the era. Shawty finna be wildin' out to this one.

I Remember Larry off Weird Al's 1996 masterpiece Bad Hair Day. These are among Weird Al's most savage and hilarious lyrics. Enjoy

Gonna try to post my reaction for the live version of Do The Evolution which is a fantastic performance by PJ especially singer Eddie Vedder. Eddie went so hard he blew out his voice. Hopefully we can get this up here on YT for you guys to enjoy.

FIRE freestyle session from the BET Awards with Big Tigger, Ludacris and a special surprise guest. Who came hottest with it? Enjoy

This was the first of two appearances by Frank Zappa on SNL in the 70s. On the second one, which ultimately made him Persona Non Grata, he did Dancin' Fool. If Zappa had lived it's likely he could have reconciled and returned to the show like Adam Sandler did. But I guess we'll never know. Zappa was fantastic the first time they had him on.

Busta Rhymes X Pharrell - Light Your Ass On Fire (2003) off Pharrell's Clones album. CLASSIC 2000s music video, warts and lawn gnomes and all. Whether this has aged well is up for debate

Nicki Minaj second collab with Eminem "Majesty" off her 2018 album Queen. Nicki wanted SLIM SHADY, she wanted the GOAT and she got him at his all-time best. Em went nuts on this one as ONLY he can, enjoy.

This video may not have aged the best, shout to WatchMojo. But I still think this is worth the reaction treatment so we are going there for y'all. Early 80s music video, warts and all. Enjoy

This one was a BANGER back in the day, T.I. and JT going CRAZY on the verses for Dead & Gone. Powerful stuff.

Lot to say about this one but I'll keep it relatively short. Opening up a big can of worms. I agree in principle but I don't get where Tom is at as an artist.

The movie adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Jesus Christ Superstar is just, um, something else. But we are going there for y'all. This is Josh Mostel, son of the legendary Jewish actor Zero Mostel, performing a number called "King of the Jews" (???). Some of the imagery might not have aged the best, but we are reacting to all of its glory. Leave us a like if you want mo...

Opening track off Busta Buss 2023 magnum opus BlockBusta. If you REALLY wanna party with me. Busta lays down an epic verse, but let's see how he stacks up against the leader of the Migos. Who comes harder?

Doing the usual Monday drop right after 4/20. New one from Snoop and Jelly Roll with a sample from the late, great Tom Petty. BANGER. Happy 4/20 to all who observe.

X to the Z was one of the original kings of West Coast hip-hop by way of Detroit. Xzibit was PURE LYRICISM in an era where you had to come with BARS. He opened for Eminem on several tours and stole the show each time.

Norman and Patrick spitting FLAMES over a Calvin Harris beat while their friend Kevin dances. This is another classic, we had to bring these guys back on the show.

Grammy-award winning Tampa rapper Doechii is the talk of the industry this year. I saw a lot of reactions to this we're not exactly breaking new ground. But I got a lot to say on this topic, so.

Absolutely SAVAGE diss on Jerry Falwell and Billy Graham and Robert Tilton and all the other televangelists of the 1980s. This was on Zappa's 1981 masterpiece You Are What You Is, it's the sequel to Dumb All Over which we covered last year. This entire album side is filled with savage zingers aimed at the televangelists. They all catching strays today, damn FZ.

They did WHAT over the Kanye and Estelle beat? OMFG is all I gotta say. Talk about zero F's given, these blokes are taking that to another level. Lost the first take when the audio cut out, but I had to finish this reaction for you guys so we recut it. This was gold. TRIGGER WARNING on these lyrics they are not for the sensitive or easily offended. But we gotta finish what we start, so.

NEW Busta Music Video BARZ. He's causing mayhem all over NYC even crashing a wedding. There is only one Big Buss.

UK rap legend Central Cee got a fire feature from Atlanta's finest, the Grammy-winning American rap songsmith known as Lil Baby. Who came with bars, who balled out harder? Stay tuned to find out. Explore the podcast
