As this year comes to to an end I have so much to be grateful for including all of you! I wanted to take the time to make a few shout out and leave you with a few keys to take with you into 2023.  Have a happy new year and God bless!

I recently spoke at an event in the Atlanta area filled with entrepreneurs and HBCU Alumni, as we were wrapping up Q&A Someone asked me my thoughts on Deion Sanders' decision to leave Jackson State to pursue a coaching position at The University of Colorado. Some people were surprised by my take and response, this was a great study and here is why.

We just surpassed the 67th anniversary of The Montgomery Bus Boycotts. So few of us know the backstory to that and the individuals involved and the lessons learned and how those same lessons learned can be applied today. Pads down pencil's up!

Over the course of my career I have enjoyed so many celebratory moments and I have been blessed. Through this journey I had the opportunity to speak at The Crown Forum at Morehouse College.
