This was a hard day for me when I was recording... Why did I decide to release it? Because its apart of my life.  I hope you can reflect on your life and get some insight into yours by me just simply sharing mine. What else can I say?

This was a hard but foundational lesson for me. Today I share more about the struggles I was having in January 2020 as well as some of the very important lessons I learned and am still practicing.  Communication: What you mean to say.
