My Way or God’s Way Isaiah 7 When threats and fear are bearing down on us, the natural response is to devise our own plan. But the supernatural response is to turn to Christ and "Be careful, be quiet, do not fear, and do not let your heart be faint" (Isaiah 7:4). God's plans are better than our plans! So trust in the Immanuel, the God who is with us! #Isaiah7 #Immanuel #GodsPlans #GodWithUs #Chris...

Cleansed and Sent Isaiah 6:8-13 Isaiah saw a vision of God in heaven that terrified him until God purified him. Then Isaiah wanted to go wherever God might send him. When we experience the grace of God, then our response should be to go and give God's word to others.  But God’s Word is alive and active—it softens some hearts and hardens others. That’s why we must pray for His grace, asking God to...

Isaiah 6 records the prophet’s personal account of how God called and commissioned him for ministry. This moment was meant to prepare and equip Isaiah, teaching him to place his trust fully in God—His sovereignty, grace, and power—no matter what challenges lay ahead. In the same way, if we are to remain faithful under pressure, we too need a vision of God that reveals Him as both sovereign and hol...

In Psalm 133, we find a beautiful explanation of the God given goodness of dwelling in unity with our brothers and sisters in Christ. The Psalmist David, uses the images of a priestly ordination ceremony and the dew on the mountains to help us understand what unity in relationships can do in our lives and the life of the church. Serve with What You Have | Exodus 4:1–17 |  Moses had a palace, privilege, and potential—but he also had failure, fear, and excuses. While Zechariah was serving, God showed up and grew Zechariah's faith through hardship. God is calling you to serve him now, even in your imperfection. God will grow you as you serve him because he loves you.  Serving is for growing....
