My encounter with three white men from New York was encouraging and inspiring to say the least. This proves there is hope that blacks and whites can have conversations and relationships. I hope you do your best to crush the demon of racism while on your journey for our children and grand children.

This Podcast addresses the issue by exposing the hearts of white people and their hatred towards blacks without a cause.

It takes courage to fix those things that need fixing. Whether a relationship you need to leave or getting your house or finances in order. You the only one that can start the process of fixing your own life.

I talk about the need for a Black Society

I visited the Strange Family reunion to hear about family and the importance of the family reunion. 

It's hard to speak the truth in a society where there is a lot of falsehood, we have to be upright and tell the truth even when it hurts.  Speak the truth even though it hurts.  Gilbert

This segment is my memory of wash day with my mom. The day was long and taxing, but it produced strength in me from carrying water, it produced clean clothes for the entire household, and bonded between me and my mom wokinig together to make family better for us all.
