Here we are with session number 14. A wonderfully deep journey evolved on this set. Loose yourself in this mix as I get right in it. Nothing brand new musically but some absolute pearl tunes take the stage on number 14. As with all the mix-room sessions the tunes breathe and the vibes flow. This is a mix to help get you in the zone. Whatever it is that your doing. I was led by the tunes on this mi...

Welcome one and all to Fourfold number two. My monthly Saturday night session on the d3ep radio network. A strictly vinyl affair as this one turned out to be. This session was a little ruff and rugged, sometimes it's nice to just go with the flow. Tunes, are on point and have space to breathe as expected with any of my mixes. Travelling without moving as someone once said. Enjoy this, comment, lik...

In the words of Ben Kenobi, "Hello there" Welcome into Mix - Room number 13. This one is not for the faint of heart. Some real deep beatdown house kicks off this session. Inspired by Speedy J and some new tracks by the incredible Coral D (albeit) sped up! I dive into 110 territory and explore the space between rhythms. As the mix progresses, time seems to slow down and this I'm sure will be a deli...

Welcome. A new peak time slot on the D3ep radio network means a new session in my mind. New deserves new. So Here is a brand new club tackle set. I get straight into the groove on this, and just keep building the pressure as the set progresses, each tune guiding me to the next. As always I let the tunes breathe and build the intensity until we reach peak. Then calm you back down and hold your hand...

Welcome one and all. Welcome to the first mix back from the summer break. I am fully rested, slightly rusty but very hungry for new beats. Some new accusiitions in this mix. Ashley Beadle on the mix of Mama a very welcome repress, as is the awesome Kadija, two of her tracks feature on this session, how good is that EP by the way? I start and end with deep dub, which nicely book ends the mix. In-be...

So on occasion I open up my record racks to the listeners. This "special" was my last Sunday slot on D3ep radio network. I asked the listeners to choose two numbers between 1, and 30. Left, middle or right and I let my fingers do the walking. Tunes were pulled, mixes attempted. Fun was had. Now available for you guys. Enjoy. 4c x

Really enjoyed this cover session. It was quite a peak time dance floor shaker. Loads in the mix. Enjoy. Minimal talk and maximal music. Dancing shoes at the ready. This goes hard.

Apologies for the delay in getting this one up guys. This show aired on the 06/06/2026. My first of the new time slot on Saturday nights. I hope you guys can join me at the new time slot of 21.00 on Saturday nights. Next show goes out on the 4th of July so I will be doing an American special. From Jazz to Gospel and everything in-between. Can't make the slot live, don't stress, I'll put it up here...

From my earliest exposure to dance music I was transformed. It took me to new places. Gave me new emotions. Something music hadn't done up to that point. I wanted to know more than just dancing, fun as it was. The cult of the DJ intrigued me, specifically blending two songs to make one. Being able to control the emotions of the dance floor. Twisting and shaping the vibe. It appealed immediately. A...

Welcome to Mix-room number 7. Apologies for the delay in getting this one up. Here we are though, so strap in for a deep one. Scuba gear at the ready? Some serious Electro inspired this mix as well as some classic Sheffield bleep. I had such a vibe on this one. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. The mix starts off innocently enough with some looped up Disco inspired slow jams, building into some chuggy hea...

The Mix Room has made it to number 6. A lovely journey on this mix. I ease you in gently with some fine re-edits, into nice jazzy beats, and then upping the tempo into some quality house. Some nodding, some shaking , some shuffling, and some spinning ensued. You do you though and if that means feet up with a nice cuppa. Who am I to judge. Enjoy the vibes. Track list to follow. One love 4c x

Wow. We're onto show number four already. More deep dives into the wonderful world of electronica. Deep beats, deep mixes, deep mind state, deep relaxation, deep meditation, deep joy, and of course deep love. Shouts out to the producers for making these amazing tunes. The listeners for your ears, and my long suffering wife for all her support. This mix is much better with some time given to enjoy...

More cover business from me. This time rolling for Jon Manley and his Houseworx show. An absolute institution. Pure freestyle sessions as usual from me on the mix, but kept it very upbeat as you can't go moody on a Friday. Enjoy the vibes and share away.

On cover duties for Graham Gee. nice vibes in the place. Track list to follow. 4c x

Mix number three. The Mix-Room is a monthly session where I explore beats and attempt to link the tracks over a theme. We visit four corners of the room diving ever deeper into the journey. Switch off the world for a couple of hours. Hit reset and enjoy. 4c.

Hello all. A very Merry Christmas to you and yours. My gift to you on this Christmas day is a cover Session for Ricardo Da Rhythm on his Da Rhythm Sessions on D3ep. A whistle stop tour of driving 4/4 rhythms with the usual genre hopping vibe. Enjoy. 4c x

Hello luvvies. I hope all is well in your world. so glad to see you. If you made it here you obviously have a keen eye and most importantly, ear. Welcome to the second show in "The Mix Room" series. No specific theme on this mix, just a nice journey taking in some beat-down, moving into some gorgeous soothing house, taking the explorations towards the dance floor and finishing lost in the groove....

A re-recording of sorts of the first Rhythmic Addiction event held at Bricks in Brixton. Guest deejays myself, Braaks, Stu Clarke (Wolf Music) and the headliner Frits Wentik, The live didn't record on the night. So I pulled the tunes and mixed up from memory. In one hit. Strictly vinyl. With all the scars kept in for flavour. A wicked night all round. Many thanks to Braaks for inviting me down to...

Hello there, For the first in a new series of shows and mixes I bring you: The Mix Room For the first mix I dive into the modern sound of Detroit. Based around the Hip-Hop, and House vibe. I travel from the J-Dilla inspired lushness of Miguel Attwood Ferguson to the Deep Techno of Omar S. Come with me as I visit the four corners. This list is by no means exhaustive and it was incredibly hard to no...
