One of the most difficult issues we face in the service industry is how to cut someone off when we think they've been over served in our establishment or another. In this half shot we respond to a listener's question about how we handle it, especially in their particular situation.

Every time we have a guest there is so much to talk about that the episode inevitably goes longer than expected. This one was no different except that there was so much good conversation, we couldn't bring ourselves to edit out all the good stuff.
