Seemed like a very chill and Tamed episode. Boat ride, workouts and love a theme party especially the friend in a box game. #RHOC #bravo #tamarajudge #vickygunvulson #friendinabox

This episode I feel bad for Jason. Jason, Mallory and Latrice Compete for the BB Blockbuster. It was a cute competition. Sad to see who was sent home. Kamu has some very controversial stuff on his insta page, we shall see if they remove him from the show. #Bigbrother #jason #teakettle #blockbuster #realitytv

What if everything you've been taught about women's weight was built on incomplete science? In this episode, we dive into one of the biggest double standards women face: our bodies have become public property. From childhood to old age, women are judged, shamed, diagnosed, and valued based on the number on a scale. But here's the uncomfortable truth... Much of what we've been told about weight, he...

The power of veto competition no thanks with the spinning. Jason became annoying as he didn't like that he was called out on his game. I think he lost the trust from people. The ponding of the tea kettle was annoying. Tune in tomorrow to see who gets saved and who leaves. #bigbrother #lyric #kamu #teaparty #powerofveto

The end of season 3, Glad Jax wasn't there. Same stuff with Janet and Danny but Janet took it to far this time. No definite answer on season 4 but they did film after it came out Jax was dating their publicist. Yuck. #thevalley #bravo #dannyandnia #lalakent #brittanycartwright

In this episode we get more of a glimpse of these ladies family life and upbringing. Seems like the Panthea and Juliet feud is done or is it lol. Also at the end of episode Panthea tells a story of her skin looking si good and when she sees what she is using accidently its hilarious. I didn't think I'd be talking about vaginal oil and giving a health lesson but here we are, Now I wonder how many l...

A more detailed episode on what happened Sunday at the Big Brother house. I'm sure Angela was happy to get out of the egg costume. #bigbrother #angelatheegg #byerome #lyric #hoh

Kacie and Steven need to communicate better with the tallow business. We do learn that Alli McBee started a rumor awhile back that Steven and Kacie are having an inappropriate relationship by him telling her about his dat...

Welcome back we shame the industry that shames women and their weight and what is the proper weight. Ginger has an update for Arlo. Aaron Rodgers has reconciled with most of his family. Tune in to why we won't be reconciling with our siblings. #SocietyStandards #WeightStigma #ToxicFamily #ChooseYourself #SiblingEstrangement #StopBodyShaming

Episode 3 was not so bad. I am really liking the new girl Carmella. Can I get a Dior bag for my birthday? Tamara and Eddie are now Empty Nesters. Tamara visits Teddy Mellencamp at her house. I love Teddy! Vicky has lunch with Tamara and Shannon to resolve things. I hope it lasts. #RHOC #realityTV #tamaraandteddy #twots #shannonstorms beador

3 Episodes was a lot, but I watched all 3 in 1 night. Still not sure if all is going to make it except for Cameron and Michelle. Next Episodes 7,8, and 9 air Thursday on Peacock. #MAFS #cameronandmichelle #Realitytv #marryingastranger #doesitwork

Rhol Hello London new show its interesting.

How much of your life has been shaped by seeking approval instead of trusting yourself? In this episode of Solo & Sovereign , Marie explores the powerful transformation that happens when women stop asking for permission to speak up, set boundaries, and pursue the life they truly want for themselves. She talks about how people-pleasing, guilt, and the need for validation can keep us disconnecte...

Throughout the episode the countdown begins when Steve Sr has to report to prison. Kacie and Steven get into it about the 20% to Allie Stevens girlfriend with the Tallow business. Steven meets Allie's family in Texas. Steve Sr calls a meeting to let the company know who will be in charge, and he makes his ex wife the president interim. She doesn't want it. She trusts the boys can handle things and...

Good episode number 2. They are paired up with a partner, and they have to pick a story of one person of the couple and dance the story and show emotion. It was good and brough tears as well. Sad who went home. #DWTSP #brandonarmstrong #dancing #yourstorymatters #iheartpodcasts

Married at First Sight yikes this was interesting and 2 episodes as well. More episodes coming this Thursday on Peacock. Watch Nikki and Shawn I really feel she is nit into him and there is a slim chance she ever will be. I still need to see the other couples to see what I think if they have a chance. #MAFS #barstool #realitytv #marryastranger #spotify

In this episode, Ginger breaks down the real value of Arlo’s subscription model , what people should know before paying monthly, and how surveillance ties into modern home management. The issues she has been having and why she is looking for a new set of cameras. Then Marie dives into the tipping culture explosion — why it’s happening, who it helps, who it hurts, and how everyday people are naviga...

This is a quick recap of the first 6 episodes. I got flustered because I was watching the wrong season at first. Not my best recap so I will do better.

This seemed like a calmer episode. Shannon and her lack of balance. We learn more about newcomer Carmela. I like her. Gina plans a 50th birthday party with the girls at Hamburger Marys with the ladies dressed up as old ladies except Emily. #RHOC #reality #tamrajudge #emilysimpson #heatherdubrow #iheartpodcasts
