Thinking back on the awesome time I had this past New Year's Eve.

Great relationships/interactions are a bifactor of not only great communication but being able to flex it accordingly. My journey to mindfulness stirs up a lot of things I'm discovering I don't necessarily have to act on, while others times it makes me aware I should do something about it. Having effective communication verbal/non is important.

Remember you are uniquely and wonderfully made. You matter and make the world go round. Never forget that!!!

How prepared are you when the opportunity of a lifetime hits? Somethings I needed to talk through and think about as I sense something coming in the near future!

Outside looking in you would think it's all roses but you don't see the underground work that actually keeps things afloat! Stay tuned and I reveal some of the behind the scenes work.

Life isn't about avoiding hurt or pain. No. Its about embracing every moment as a result of the human experience.

My birthday is coming up in less than a month so just contemplating on what I would like for myself as I get closer to the 40 year marker.

After coming back from Texas the 2nd time... things clicked for me. Im mastering adulting more and more each day. As we continue living... through life and death you go through so many emotions. 💔 Still maintaining I know I'm not alone and I have a support system which I'm very grateful for.

This past week was a trying one. Finishing up the Christmas orders at work and spending as much time as I can with Coco as possible before my trip back out to Texas... Houston this time. Yes dance calls my name and I feel its gonna be a great week. However I must get through the anxieties of the present day.

Smile when your happy, sad, frustrated, confused.... Keep smiling and it will become a natural go to reaction. When your eyes smile it's real. It speaks a genuine universal sign of a safe space to be in. Cast down worrying and negative thoughts (equals a form of meditation) Be ok with imperfections and live in the moment with grace towards yourself. Lastly love.🥰

Watch your words because you just might eat them!!!

A few days after the Texas Fleet Week... I still haven't had ample time to recoup. I am extremely 😩. It's deep into peak season at work #retail and every drive to and from work is a struggle. Soon this season too shall pass.

The wrap up of a great weekend!!! I thoroughly enjoyed myself, my team, all the DJs and my fellow artists!!!! Everything you do should come from a headspace of peace. Take sometime to find that within and operate from there at all times.

Taking a moment to celebrate what I'm good at and how to accomplish everything from a space of focus and discipline.

It's important to plan out what you're doing. Dont just jump out there and do. Yes, you can but after the planning is complete!
