The 4D Leaders Show

Sports EN ↓ 178 Folgen

The 4D Leaders Show confronts the mental health crisis plaguing youth sports. This show is a guide for coaches and parents who want to move beyond a win-at-all-costs mentality and focus on creating resilient leaders. Through a new game plan rooted in systems thinking, family systems theory, and the tripartite influence model, the show explores the root causes of the problem. We also share our "GUTSI" values—Growth Mindset, Unity, Thankfulness, Servant Leadership, and Integrity—as the foundation for holistic athlete development.
