I love this movie!!! I had Movie Pass, don't we miss that option, and saw this movie 7 times in theaters (3 of those times were with other people). I have the giant wall hanging poster in my guest room. It stars Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams, along with Kyle Chandler, Sharon Horgan, Billy Magnussen, Lamorne Morris, Kylie Bunbury, Jesse Plemons, and more. This was co-written and co-directed by J...

This film and its sequels will always be my favorite Batman movies, something nostalgic about them and something special about it. They embody the classic Batman, not this new cinematic, voice changing, etc type and that's not to say they aren't great, the new ones are just different. Hopefully you either love this film, or will give it a chance even though it's not new and full of CGI. You can st...

This week's episode is pretty special, most of the time when my guests choose a film or a tv show, it's picked because they enjoy it or they've been wanting to check it out. My friend that is on here this week is actually a CODA, Child of Deaf Adults, her sister is also deaf, so this film was a lot closer to her than others we've done. The film was released in August of 2021 and is available to st...

The Santa Clause starring Tim Allen is one of my all-time favorite Christmas movies and a must watch every year. I'm so glad it's available to watch on Disney+, even when you own the trilogy. My guest also decided to chat about the first episode of the new series, The Santa Clauses, which I still need to finish. The very first film was released in 1994 and is still enjoyable to watch alone or with...

Please go watch all of season 1 of Claim to Fame on Hulu right now! It is such a fun show! Its a show with 12 contestants that are related to someone famous and you get to play along with the contestants trying to figure out who everyone is related to, and let me tell you the very first episode ended with a huge surprise. When the show ended I reached out to several on Instagram and Pepper is my f...

I love love love Friends!!! It was my go to show after I had my PRK surgery because I could really only listen and not actually watch, but I have seen this show so many times through that I could see what was happening in my mind as I listened and quoted the episodes. Roy came back for another episode and he also loves Friends so much that he wanted to record over 2 episodes because he couldn't na...

The Flight Attendant is back, well it's been back, I recorded this when it released. It was another great season with more twists and turns. If you haven't watched this show, I highly recommend it. It is available to stream on HBO/HBO Max. Sadly there isn't a drinking game available yet, but feel free to send suggestions in. I should really come up with rules for the show sometime.  For those...

My friends decided they wanted to go through all of Ian Fleming's James Bond films, so we are starting with Dr. No starring the one and only Sir Sean Connery. He was the first to portray the iconic character and played him in 6 films. I love these films! I even have a James Bond keychain that I got in Washington, D.C. at The Spy Museum that has 3 of his license plates. Dr. No Drinks (https://summe...

Most of the time my guest choose the film and this week's episode was no different, we watched Pee-wee's Big Adventure starring Pee-wee Herman, aka Paul Reubens. This show is available to stream on HBO/HBO Max, if you decide to watch it. If you aren't aware or have forgotten, the synopsis of this film is when eccentric man-child Pee-wee Herman gets his beloved bike stolen in broad daylight, he set...

I had never watched this show before, but after watching the pilot episode from the original show I started watching it. You can stream the show on Hulu or for free on Tubi, so be sure to check it out. The show is about the lives of three young alien/human hybrids with extraordinary gifts in Roswell, and stars Shiri Appleby, Jason Behr, Katherine Heigl, Majandra Delfino, Brendan Fehr, Nick Wechsle...

What can I say, we've waited 29 years for this. Were you thrilled with it? Disappointed in it? Eh about it? Like parts and hated other parts? Do you think they will make a third film? Or maybe just turn this into a tv series to follow three new witches? Who knows what the future will hold, but "they're witches are back and there's hell to pay..." I met up with friends on the night this film was re...

I know it's been awhile since I have released an episode. There were two reasons for this, school was overwhelming along with work and I was waiting for my new theme song!!! I think the wait was worth it and I hope you agree. The new theme song is called "My Best Thinkin'" with the music and lyrics by my friend Drew and sung by my friend Alex, you can check them out on Instagram at @alexanddrewmus...

What happens when you get COVID? You forget that you recorded this the night you tested positive and started feeling rough. On this week's episode we discussed the Netflix series Archive 81, which stars Mamoudou Athie, Dina Shihabi, Martin Donovan (who is in one of my favorite comedies, Saved!), Evan Jonigkeit, Julia Chan, Ariana Neal, Matt McGorry (OITNB), and others. It is actually based on a po...

This is honestly one of my favorite shows on tv, I discovered in back in 2019 while searching HBO. I want to clarify that this is a satire and I cannot repeat that enough, this is a satire. I was so sad to see that season 2 had been put on hold due to COVID and now after 2 years of waiting, season 2 has started. I did see that season 3 has been announced, so that is super exciting. This show is on...

This is the season 4 finale of the podcast!!! With Pam and Tommy available to stream on Hulu, I figured why not cover an episode of Baywatch starring Pamela Anderson. You can watch the series (also on Prime) and the movie on Hulu as well. This show was iconic and ran from 1989 until 2001, it had 242 episodes over 11 seasons. The show also starred David Hasselhoff, Yasmine Bleeth, Jeremy Jackson, M...

Available on HBO Max, Netflix, and Hulu is this amazingly well written sitcom called Happy Endings and you should check it out!!! This show is hilarious and stars Eliza Coupe, Elisha Cuthbert, Zachary Knighton, Adam Pally, Damon Wayans Jr., and Casey Wilson. Sadly this show was cancelled too soon and only has 3 seasons, but you can check out the Happy Endings special charity event on YouTube, as w...

Have you had a chance to check out the Hulu original show How I Met Your Father yet? Well, I can't speak for everyone, but I really enjoyed it. I think that Hilary Duff and the rest of the cast do a great job. With all of that said, I still really enjoy the OG, How I Met Your Mother. When I went to New York City several years ago, I made sure that I went to McGee's Pub, which is the bar that inspi...

Don't you miss the days when TV shows had theme songs that you sang along to? On this episode, since I got so much positive feedback from my movie score episode, I do a TV theme song quiz. How many can you get right? What are some of your favorite TV show theme songs? Which shows do you wish had a theme song?  TV Party Vodka Cocktail (imbibemagazine.com): Ingredients 2 oz. vodka ½ oz. fresh l...

If you haven't yet watched Queens on ABC (Hulu), stop what you're doing right now and watch it! It is so good! Those of us that grew up in the TRL days will appreciate it more, but I think you will love it regardless. Queens is has Brandy, it has Eve, it has Naturi Naughton (3LW), and it has Nadine Velasquez as the Nasty Bitches!!!! They were a all female rap group in the 90s and it shows them now...

First things first, I made a mistake, Kevin Williamson didn't write the new Scream film, just the characters. I finally covered Scream 4!!! I love this film, I felt like they redeemed themselves from Scream 3. I am so excited for Scream 5 to come out! Kevin Williamson and Wes Craven changed the horror film with the OG and I would honestly be ok if this new film was the start of a new trilogy. So w...

Now I have a machine gun...ho ho ho. Whether you agree that Die Hard is a Christmas movie or not, you have to admit that it is one great action movie, plus we get to see Carl Otis Winslow. It is based on Roderick Thorp's novel Nothing Lasts Forever. You can stream the movie free on the IMDb TV app! Bruce Willis is resourceful and just a bad-ass in this film, how can you not love this movie. Bonus...
