Line Drunk

I was able to watch this film as part of the Fantasia International Film Festival. I knew nothing going in, picked the film solely on the title. According to IMDb Hippo, a peculiar adolescent, and his Hungarian step-sister Buttercup struggle to come of age in late 1990s America, under the roof of a mother who has been institutionalized at least once. The film was directed by Mark H. Rapaport, who...

I had the pleasure of sitting down with two more big Disney stars, Christy Carlson Romano (Even Stevens, Kim Possible) and Anneliese van der Pol (That's So Raven, Raven's Home) and it was a great interview. Christy and her husband, Brendan Rooney, started PodCo, a podcast network, and they have so many great podcasts on their network and have a lot more coming your way. Christy and Annelie...

David and Jennifer were so much fun to talk to! I really do hope we can make a crossover episode happen. These two have a really good connection and it shows, not every podcast or tv show can have that kind of flow and bond. Be sure to check out their podcast on your favorite streaming platform and enjoy this interview. I normally try to find a cocktail that matches the show, while there are sever...

Continuing with the interviews at the ATX TV Festival this week, I have the three lead actors from season 2 of Cruel Summer, Lexi Underwood (Isabella LaRue), Griffin Gluck (Luke Chambers), and Sadie Stanley (Megan Landry). This season has a new cast and a new mystery to solve and takes place in the Y2K era, July of '99, December of '99, and July of '00. It's full of amazing music,...

I have been a fan for a long time and still randomly think abou...

Hello TV Campers, which is something the co-founders of the festival love to say and call the attendees. I have been attending the festival since season 2 when I saw that there would be a Boy Meets World reunion and I had a fantastic time. I have learned a few things over the years from attending, like don't dress nice, it's Austin and it is hot, so dress comfortably and cool. Also stay hy...

This is the season 5 finale! The music quizzes have done well for me, so why not do one more. This is all about Disney and Pixar movies!!! Can you get them all correct, Danielle didn't, she only got 18 out of 40. Disney and Pixar have created so many wonderful films that both young and old love! What are some of your favorites? I love Toy Story, I think it's my top Disney/Pixar film, it's still a...

I love this show and can't wait for season 2! I cannot recommend this show enough, and I'm not sure why people aren't watching it. This week's episode is part two of my interview with M Lamar, aka X, from Claim...

I had the pleasure of interviewing M Lamar, aka X, from Claim to Fame. If you haven't watched Claim to Fame, go watch it on Hulu. It's an amazing reality show with relatives of celebrities and you as the viewer get to play along with the contestants in trying to figure out who everyone is related to. It's a show that I tell everyone about but for some reason, people are watching. Friends that I ha...

This show is available on Netflix, I could've sworn that Netflix said part 1, but now I am looking and there are 5 seasons, so who knows. The show stars Tia Mowery and Loretta Devine, as well as a great cast. The sitcom is your classic family friendly show about the McKellan family and their move from Seattle to Georgia to be closer to his family. It is a little cheesy, but it is also funny, so be...

"Hello Clarice..." "I ate his liver with some fava beans and a nice Chianti."
