I do love this song, I have in the past recorded it quite simply, just me and my ukulele. I have also produced a version with full instrumentation by Suno; however with this remix I have covered the first demo and maintained the beautiful simplicity with sparse backing, hope you like it.

And here is another cover of one of my early recordings - just me and my Uke. Difference here is that I Have given it a Country-Rock genre to put thru Suno. Again, this is just for my own entertainment, but I hope that you like it as Much as I do. Lyrics and melodies written by myself , !978 from memory but wiil update if I am wrong.

A difficult lyric to write, I am still not sure of it but love the song. I was so involved with finding the right lines that I totally forgot to think about the rhyme scheme, and have ended up with three verses and three different rhyme schemes, but it works for me. A song in the style of a gaelic folk song, although from an idea from hearing a Georgian folk song. The original lyrics were quite sparse and left a lot unsaid. I listened to a Georgian folk song on You Tube which someone had sent me a link to. Very short, and almost no story - almost a mystery, really. I looked for a translation into English and found that it had been used by an English speaking, well known performer. I have not listened to his version yet. But having written my own version (such a beautiful melody) I will be and maybe add the link here...

An instrumental version of the song of the same name. I simply couldn't choose one version, so I have included two on the same track and labelled, parts 1&2. Suno only includes a part of the song when remixing for an instrumental, so I did not feel bad extending this track.

From an original song, which had been reiterated a number of times in Suno create. The melodies have been changed (to protect the innocent?) by The AI as each reiteration was trashed for one reason or another. Probably trying to give me a better song, musically. And you know what? It worked.
