Welcome everyone to “Where do we go from here”Like many of you I am an enthusiast of many hobbies and interests and as such this Podcast will be uniquely different. Whereas a typical podcast tends to focus specifically on one topic, I intend on bucking the trend by releasing content covering a wide variety of subjects and interests. My intention is to produce episodes that will engage and inform you the listener so that we can tackle such future subject categories as art, design, music, education, business, news, politics, psychology, philosophy, technology and yes even cooking.

🥁 What can twenty years behind a drum set teach us about leadership? 🥁  Well . . quite a bit, actually.  Now most of you know me as an architect, designer, and podcast host.   What many don't know is that for nearly twenty years I spent my nights writing music, playing in bands, recording albums and performing live.   Looking back, I realize those years taught me lessons that have shaped var...

The Shadow of Truth Series - Social Identity & The Politics of the Cave 04.08.2026

In this episode of Where Do We Go From Here?, I explore a deeper layer of truth—how social identity shapes what we believe.  Because beliefs don’t exist in isolation… they exist in tribes.  And often, we don’t ask “Is this true?” We ask “Is this aligned with my side?”   Through the lens of Plato’s Cave, this episode unpacks how belonging, loyalty, and emotion can quietly distort our perception of...

Why do we believe what we believe… even when it’s not true?  In Episode 2 of my Truth Series on Where Do We Go From Here?, I explore the psychology of confirmation bias—and why we often choose the comfort of the familiar over the discomfort of truth.  Using Plato’s Allegory of the Cave as a backdrop, this episode unpacks how modern “shadows” are no longer cast by firelight—but by screens, algorith...

The Cave: Plato, Truth, and the Shadows of Our Time  I just released the first episode in my Truth series on Where Do We Go From Here? that revisits one of the most powerful metaphors in Western philosophy—Plato’s Allegory of the Cave—and asks what it means for us today.  Plato imagined prisoners chained in a cave, mistaking shadows for reality. Two thousand years later, our “cave walls” glow with...

The State of the Office 2026 – From Return to Reinvention 10.02.2026

The Office Comeback Story Is Over . . Now Comes Reinvention. In the latest episode of Where Do We Go From Here?, I relaunch my Workplace Design Series for 2026 with a bold premise: The question is no longer “When will employees return?” It’s “Why should they?” From 2024–2025, we lived through the “return-to-office” era.
