In Spirit & Truth

It’s a scary time in history with everything that’s happening in the Middle East! But today, Pastor JD will remind us that nothing surprises God! The Lord is always working, and He has a plan to redeem even the most horrible things for His glory! Let’s walk in humble faith, trusting that God is with us through the highs and the lows!

When we look at the world and compare it to what Scripture says is to come, doesn’t it look a lot like what we see today? Instead of giving in to fear, Pastor JD encourages us to give thanks to God for revealing what is to come and reminding us that one day, we will see Him again. And that day is sooner than we think.

The hardest part of being a Christian isn’t the persecution. It’s having the saving knowledge of Jesus, and watching others live blindly because they refuse to open their eyes. So what are you to do? Well, in today’s message, Pastor JD teaches that if they won’t listen to you, pray that they listen to God.

What are the signs of the end of this world and the coming of the next? In today’s message, Pastor JD teaches that the signs are already evident, just as Daniel prophesied. One day soon, the antichrist will be revealed, and you will be one step closer to seeing Jesus face to face as He comes to rescue His people.

Today, Pastor JD will tell us that God is the master potter and we are His clay. The Lord shapes and molds each of us to fulfill a specific purpose. He guides our lives so that we have opportunities to share His word and bring Him glory. So abide in God’s will, knowing that He wants to use you to accomplish great things!

In today’s message, Pastor JD says that if you believe, then you will be saved. But when sharing with the people around you, don’t push! Pushing people to God will scare them. The Lord will change hearts around you; let the Holy Spirit work in you and introduce them to The One who saved you and can save them as well.

In today’s message, Pastor JD says that if you have a renewed mind, body, and soul, why be afraid of those who want to hurt you? Jesus can save you from evil, and He will be there if you fall. The only people who should be afraid are those who aren’t saved in Jesus Christ, because they have an eternal punishment.

Have you ever gotten a word of advice that you ignored? How did it turn out? Did you wish you had listened? In today’s message, Pastor JD teaches that Daniel had a word of advice for the people of his day, and they should have listened, because the vision that Daniel had received turned out to be true.

The Lord assigns you to your place in life for a reason. If you’re feeling stuck or in a dead end today, Pastor JD wants to remind you that maybe God wants to use you to reach out to someone near you. Daniel had a mission in Babylon and Persia that was more important than his desire to return home to Israel.

A security guard needs to keep careful watch at all times to make sure no one breaks in to steal and destroy. Well, in today’s message, Pastor JD teaches about how Daniel was empowered to keep watch as the Lord revealed many things to him. He learned about the Antichrist who will deceive the world.

In today’s message, Pastor JD reminds you to stay aware of what is here to distract you. Things such as the news or social media are here to distract you and are all trying to tell you what’s going on with the world. The only trustworthy source during these times is the Bible and what God has to say about it all.

Today, Pastor JD warns you to stay alert to manipulation because the enemy uses many different angles to distract and derail. What looks like advancement, opportunity, or progress can just as easily be leading towards destruction. Staying close to God helps you discern what is truly from Him and what isn’t.

Have you ever been in a difficult season and wondered whether God was trying to break you or build you? In today's message, Pastor JD assures you that trials and tribulations allowed by God are never sent to destroy or weaken you. His purpose is always to make you stronger, more resilient, and more like Christ.

When you read through a book of prophecy like the book of Daniel, you may get a little lost in the symbolism and the imagery. But Pastor JD wants to remind you today to have the curiosity of Daniel, who was concerned about the tiniest details of the visions that God had allowed him to interpret for the king.

Even though Daniel was thrown into a lion’s pit, a situation that was seemingly impossible for him to escape, God saved him by closing the lions' mouths. Maybe you’re facing some hard-to-escape difficulties in your life. Today, Pastor JD wants to tell you that God can and will protect you in every situation. Just seek His help!

Daniel stood out from the crowd, catching the King's eye. Do you have any idea why? Do you wonder what unique thing he did to stand out from others? Today, Pastor JD shares insights on how cultivating a prayer life enhances your connection with God and enriches your life, making you stand out from others around you.

Today, Pastor JD brings you Jesus’ clear warning: do not fear those who can only kill the body. Instead, fear the One who has authority over your eternal soul. This isn’t meant to terrify you but to set your priorities right. When you fear God first, you’re able to live for Him above the threats or demands of anyone else.

In the life of Job, the enemy had to ask permission before he could do anything. In today’s message, Pastor JD explains that Satan is not free to do whatever. God remains fully in control, even during spiritual attacks. Stay cautious, evil forces are real and active, but they can never act outside of what God allows.

In today's message, Pastor JD explains that you can be firmly anchored in the Lord and still find yourself overwhelmed by emotions. If you shift your focus away from Christ and onto your circumstances, you can begin to sink. The key is where you fix your eyes. Looking to Christ is what keeps you from sinking.

Have you ever wondered why the king’s advisors couldn’t pin anything on Daniel? It’s because Daniel chose to follow God's guidance rather than the rules set by mankind. Today, Pastor JD highlights how following God’s commands not only aligns you with Him but also helps you navigate the world around you!

In today's message, Pastor JD explains that God holds your very breath in His hand. And He continues to give you that breath, second after second. Even when you have used that same breath to pursue other things or turn away from Him, He still sustains you. That is incredible mercy and entirely undeserved grace.

How quick are you in a crisis to turn to every person for help except the One who can actually do something? Today, Pastor JD describes when Belshazzar did just that. In moments of fear, you might often run to everyone but God. Don’t look for answers in people while the Lord waits to be called upon.

As hard as the truth is to swallow, we’re all sinners, and that makes us bad people, but the good news is that we get to have redemption from that! In today’s message, Pastor JD talks about the truth of your sin, whether you think you’re a good person or not, you are a sinner in need of a Savior who has already come.

Spiritual attacks are scary. The closer you are to God, the higher on the enemy’s target list you are. Never fight that battle alone; the Church is a community that will stand alongside you. In today’s message, Pastor JD talks about the battle you may face as a believer and the importance of responding in faith and courage.

In our world, there’s ALWAYS something trying to grab our attention. Within that, God is calling out to us, but it’s your choice whether you reach out or not. In today’s message, Pastor JD says that in these days, you need to take captive your thoughts and focus on God, His Will, and His Mission.
