Finding Your Balance: A Mental Health Podcast encourages breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Our hosts, Tiffani Fritzsche, Director of Children's Services and Kirk Fasshauer, Director of Crisis Response, are experts at Peace River Center, a behavioral health nonprofit. Each episode examines common mental health disorders such as anxiety and trauma and aims to help the listener by providing helpful information and resources.
