Astral Projection Podcast

This episode I recorded while out for a walk in the rain, it was very refreshing if not a bit cold, but the rain did actually make good background ‘music’. I was dreaming I was asleep in my parent’s house in my old room where I used to sleep as a child, this is quite significant as when I started having out-of-body experiences I used to visualise my parents’ garden as the p...

Someone recently asked me if I could share what I have learnt from my astral projection practise, what knowledge I have brought back. Wow that really is an excellent question as sometimes we get so involved in actually doing it, trying different techniques, sharing our successes and failures that we lose track of all the wonderful insights, and yes even mind-blowing knowledge we come back with. I...

This experience was quite a short one but I enjoyed it the same, not so much the negative energy though lol. However, it was interesting how I have come a long way with dealing with this sort of energy, I experienced no fear at all and the power I felt from my heart chakra was incredible.

Today I’d like to describe an experience that I had last year in May which was quite interesting.  This morning I was just looking through a few diaries and I came across this. So I’d like to share it with you. This particular night I was put on the theta isochronic tones which I often do and I set the intention to have an out of body experience I repeated, Now I’m out of bo...

This was a wonderful out-of-body experience, very simple but the exit was incredible.

I love this experience, getting back to nature and meeting my tree spirit guide, fascinating.

Some general ponderings on Astral Projection.

I had an uplifting astral experience this morning, letting go can be liberating!

Ever heard music in the astral? I just love it when those astral speakers kick in.

This is an interesting experience leaving my dream body.

Interesting series of OBEs from a different body.

Sometimes it’s just too easy to forget our night time escapades, we wake up and immediately tune in yo our busy days, it can really make a difference to memory recall if we spend some time just chilling before we start our day.

Out on my walk today I decided to share with you a quote I often use before I attempt to astral project.

This is a favourite astral projection technique that I have used with a lot of success.

In this episode I describe 3 techniques I have used successfully in order to reach the mind awake body asleep state, from this state you can then go on to have an out-of-body experience, it is sometimes known as Sleep Paralysis but I don’t like this term as it has negative connotations of being powerless. … Continue reading Reaching the Mind Awake Body Asleep State →
