Another week, another contractually obligated episode of Quarantine Chronicles coming to you from sunny California. The only reason we know it’s sunny is because of the daily hour that RNHQ lets us out of the gulag. Maybe they’ll give us an extra 15 minutes this year! We can dream! On today’s episode, Kevin can’t find a decent chair to sit on, Angel rolls around at the speed of sound with Sonic Bo...

Then, we prime the co-op pump for Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury with a Captain Toad: Treasure T...

So, we’re trying to get a heater installed in the RNHQ Gulag and the only way we could get it is if you guys listen to this week’s episode of Quarantine Chronicles. It would really help us out. It gets cold down here and it’s damp. Please, please listen to QC. On today’s episode, Angel introduces the Yum-to-Buck Ratio to the world, Kevin gets Cyberpunk’d, Angel and Lupin III: The First steal the s...

It’s a new year here at RNHQ. The world is still on fire but we’re going to give you our contractually mandated takes on everything we watched in the past two weeks. On today’s episode, Angel kicks it at Cobra Kai, Jason learns The Queen’s Gambit, Kevin goes Plus Ultra with the n...

Well listener, you made it. It’s the end of this hellish year. It’s been quite the struggle for many, us included. And while we can’t promise it, we hope 2021 will be better for you, your friends, and family. You deserve it. Us though? We are still in RNHQ’s gulag, being forced to record podcast after podcast because we didn’t read the fine print in our contracts. On today’s episode, we try to wra...

It’s almost the end of the year, which means that leaves us with only two more episodes before we ring in 2021 and are forced to renew our contracts with RNHQ. We didn’t read the fine print of our original contract, which requires us to renew every year till we kick the bucket. Why didn’t we get lawyers? Because we’re broke. On today’s episode, Kevin gets his heartbroken by Tokyo Ghoul, Angel trie...

Our home base of Los Angeles is locking back down, which means now more than ever it’s time for us to discuss what we’re watching, playing, and purchasing beyond the confines of Nintendo. Well, that and RNHQ refuses to cut us some slack. So here we are! In this episode, Angel teeters on the edge of the staute-collecting rabbit hole, Kevin takes a swing at Spider-Man on the PS5 and talk...

On today’s episode, Jason drives through some in-car events, we get raunchy with the Borat sequel, Angel takes a trip (wink wink) with an avant garde French animated movie, and...

We share impressions of all three games, along with hands-on impressions of the upcoming Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory. Plus, we discuss the current state of free-to-play games...

Our home base of LA is showing no signs of opening up any time soon, so that means we are contractually obligated to give you another episode of your least favorite time-waster brought to you by your favorite squad of Nintendo podcasters. Sigh… This pandemic is really going to last forever, isn’t it? There’s no end in sight. The nihilism is starting to seep through. Anyway, on today’s episod...

Ultimate, and compare video game documentaries Console Wars and Hi...

We’re stuck here. Forever. On today’s episode, we hitch a ride on a rocket...

It was a week full of huge reveals and even huger (is that a word?) reactions with your favorite Random Nintendo crew. OK, so we’re the only “crew” favorite or not, but that’s because RNHQ won’t give us the budget to hire some interns to do some of these shows for us. So let’s just move on, shall we? On today’s episode, we give our thoughts on the latest PlayStation 5 showcase and Sony...

Honestly, after today’s first topic, we’re not sure if RNHQ will let us do another one of these, but we’re gonna keep on trucking and we’re gonna keep fighting for your right to listen to what is Quarantine Chronicles. On today’s (rather degenerate) episode, Angel brings up the most degenerate anime we’ve heard of, plus a cool one as a palate cleanser, and laments the death of Kissanime. Jason tal...
