Colossians 1:14 reminds us that in Christ we have redemption and the forgiveness of sins. Biblical forgiveness carries the idea of sending away or releasing. Through what Jesus accomplished on the cross, our sins are no longer held against us. When we understand what His forgiveness means, we can live free from condemnation, knowing that we are loved and accepted in Christ. You are highly favoured...

Devotional by: Chloe Buys Scripture: Galatians 3:...

Instead, even when things are not good, we can intentionally choose to thank God in the middle of them. Gratitude keeps our attention on God and reminds us of His goodness regardless of what is happening a...

Ephesians 1:3 tells us that God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in Christ. There is a big difference between hoping that one day God will give us what we need and recognizing what He has already made available to us through Jesus. Instead of living with wishful thinking, we can walk with confidence in what we already have in Christ and apply those spiritual blessings to our lives toda...
