Oceanic Pollution must be a climate priority. It is not just an environmental side issue as the ocean covers 70% of the earth and is the most efficient carbon sink, producing oxygen as well as providing food and transport. However it is being used as the world's garbage bin, which by raising its temperature, reduces its efficency in mitigating extreme climatic events through its system of currents.
