maybe it's trauma response. we find it hard to seek help even though we badly want emotional needs. we tend to be silent to be able to maintain peace. we don't show our weakness to others. we almost keep everything to ourselves because we're scared that no one would understand 🌻

I'm not sure it is possible to articulate grief through language. You can say, was so sad I thought my bones would collapse. I thought I would die. But language always falls short of the body when it comes to the intensity of corporeal experience.
