July 9 – Creaminess in a Cream Ale? 09.07.2025

Welcoming Ian back to the country, Ross and Ian try some cream ales which we've been holding onto, because we fear this style. The Kilometre Cream Ale from Heritage Brewing Co, The Apres Cream Ale from Tatamagouche Brewing Co, and the Honey Cream Ale from Horton Ridge Brewery.

July 2 – The ‘Guest Host Reward System’ Episode 02.07.2025

Ian is still off in merry england, so Ross invites James once again, but as a reward for being a guest host during some HEINOUSLY untasty beers, he was offered carte blanche on what he'd like to try, and this is what he found. The 'Cerberus' IPA from Big Spruce Brewing, and the 'Summer Day' IPA Session from Schoolhouse Brewery.

June 25 – What’s New in Windsor 25.06.2025

With Ian still on vacation, Ross asks David Foley to join him again, and they go through 3 new beers from 3 of the breweries in the Windsor area. The "Pop Quiz" sour from Schoolhouse Brewery, the "Belgian Ale" from Brig & Barq, and the "F*#kin' Goat" from Hill Top Hops Brewing.

June 18 – Sour Summer Sips 18.06.2025

Ian is off to Jolly Ol' England again, so Ross is joined by Brittany, who likes sours. So we've got a few that she picked up herself at the LC for the summer season: the "Hawaiian Crush" from Garrison, the "Good Stuff" fruited sour from Half Cocked Brewery, and the "Pesh Fuze" peach sour from Nine Locks.

June 11 – The ‘W’ is for ‘White’… we think 11.06.2025

Weisse, Weizen, Witbier, there are so many names for these belgian/german 'white' beers, so we're just gonna try a bunch. 'Weizen Up" Heifeweizen from the now-closed Off Track Brewing, "White" Belgian-Style Witbier from Propeller, and "Bohemian Raspberry" Berliner Weiss from Nine Locks.

June 4 – Summer Shandies Are Back 04.06.2025

Ian and Ross get in the summer spirit with nice weather and some shandys! Lager & Lime from Propeller, and two from Church Brewing Co, the Peach "Summer Dreamin'" and the Lemon "Summer Lovin'".

May 28 – The Legend of Pliny the Elder 28.05.2025

During an absence of co-host Ian, Ross is invited back to Tapestry Beer Bar to try the infamous 'Pliny the Elder' and a few other drinks on tap by Ian Smith, owner/operator.

May 21 – Muted Stouts… literally 21.05.2025

Ian and Ross have a couple of stouts to enjoy, but in true fashion, Ross messed up the audio. So here is the part AFTER he got his audio back, and they enjoy the "Cozy Oatmeal" stout from Nine Locks and the 'Chocolate Stout' from Roof Hound Brewing Co.

May 14 – Our newfound love of New England 14.05.2025

Ian and Ross have enjoyed the NEIPAs for some time, but always been slightly wary of their success. This helps solidify our enjoyment of them. Drinking "Ninkasi's NEIPA" from Sea Level Brewing Co as well as the "Sunny Destination" NEIPA from 2 Crows Brewing Co.

May 7 – Not all Scotch Ales are ‘Wee Heavies’? That’s news to me 07.05.2025

Ian and Ross have a couple of Scotch Ales to try, the 'Wee Heavy' from Sea Level, and the Scotch Ale from Nine Locks.
