Working on my fascia daily. New techniques and the new me? I am making progress. Then I forgot I was recording.

If I listened to the doctors in October 2021. I would be in a wheelchair. I opted for a plastic tool. Then I learned how to musically breathe. You can help your fascia from within.

I am feeling progress and I am my own worst enemy.

I am dealing with the challenges of a working body. Because I haven’t been able to respond to everyone, yet, I figured I would do a group response. Some things you can do until you find what works for you.

It’s a process but I am going to get there.

I might not have the best. But I will do everything I can to stop the pain that I am in. And that means I will do everything in my power to raise awareness so no one has to suffer the way I and so many others have.

I am standing up for all of us left for dead by the medical system! Don’t give up!
