We've had so many people asking for us to share about our experience... we thought it was best to just record a podcast where we can share all. Enjoy! 

My dear friend Kayra shares her amazing story of becoming a mom. After numerous miscarriages and fostering, she has finally adopted 3 beautiful children and they have been a family for 3 wonderful years.  We did record this episode while helping our friend, Erynn, pack up to move... so a few minutes in there's rustling of the baby wipes package. ;) I'm just trying to be relatable. lol. 

I'm so excited to share this episode! My friends and I share about our experiences with our own difficult children; and offer some advice that has kept us going.  This is a laid back and fun episode with us laughing and sharing. Enjoy! 

In this episode I discuss the birth story of my first child. As I was reflecting on this, I discovered a lot of triggers that lead to my depression in motherhood. I encourage you to reflect back and identify your triggers so that you can heal and improve future relationships.  I recorded this in my car.... so you'll need to turn the volume down at the start and then up at the end.... ;)
