Hey, I'm Sara! Your everyday girl juggling life, mental health, and cervical dystonia (and I'm trying to make sense of it all).I'm a 34 year old sharing stories about my day-to-day and a lot of it may inspire you, intrigue you, and even make you laugh. I'm obsessed with love, life and coffee and I can’t shut up about it. I also speak about mental health plenty and my experience with Cervical Dystonia. All in all, Your Everyday Girl is here to say that you aren’t alone in this world and I hope my words can keep you warm on lonely days and keep you light on the good ones.
