Psalm 126 leads us through a journey of pain and lament into restored joy. How does God shepherd us through pain and into joy in Him? This week The Rev. Dr. John Barr is with us from Church of the Apostles in Columbia, SC.

We live in a world of broken promises--promises that we ourselves have broken, and promises made to us that others have broken. This week at Cathedral, Canon Patrick teaches on the promise-keeping God, who makes a covenant with His people that He does not break.

This morning at Cathedral, Rob Sturdy preaches on Isaiah 61:1-4 and the Year of Jubilee. How has the Jubilee Man come to set us free from bondage? Rob reminds us that God's people bear the responsibility of bringing both physical and spiritual restoration that was bought for us in the death and resurrection of Jesus.

Revelation 7:9-17 speaks of the great gathering of all of the saints from throughout the ages. What encouragement can we take from this future picture when the church feels so divided in our time?
