In which X7 reviews what is probably still the scariest Mummy movie, The Mummy from Hammer Studios. Made in 1959, it features the most active and dangerous mummy cinema had ever seen! Since this mummy was played by the late, great Christopher Lee , this should come as no surprise. It was a success, but no direct sequel was ever made. Fun movie, let's unwrap it!

In which X7 talks about the exploitative compilation Green Hornet movie that was released in 1974. It made a lot of money, but it is not a very well made movie. Voyage from Space is a far better example, but perhaps that is not fair to this movie. Be that as it may, let's roll one more time, Kato!

In which X7 reviews a fun superhero movie from Italy/Spain, the supreme Superargo vs. Diabolicus! It comes from the cloth of both Batman and James Bond, but we will let you decide how that worked out. We love it, though! The print is good, and there are two, count 'em, two, trailers! Let's roll!

In which X7 goes over the final four episodes of this very entertaining series. We wish Hanna-Barbera had been able to do another season of shows, it could have been really fun. They do go out properly, sort of, though like most cartoons of the time, there is no wrap-up episode. Let's roll!

In which X7 reviews a very interesting movie- a Taiwanese cartoon about demons and gods and Bruce Lee. Now, Bruce Lee is nearly a god in his own right, but he had passed on from this mortal coil three years before this movie was made in 1976. We would like to say this movie is great, but it is not. It is very interesting, though, and well worth a watch! Let's roll!

In which X7 gives a middling review to Hideaki Anno 's 2023 Shin Kamen Rider movie. It sure is beautiful, though. Other than that, there is precious little new here. Sure, the effects are "improved" but they aren't nearly as exciting as stuntmen fighting each other in 1971. Still, it's a decent watch. Go, go, let's go, Rider Kick!

In which X7 reviews an animated musical movie, which has exactly seven songs in it! How about that? It is the most excellent The Phantom Tollbooth , based on the 1961 book. Read the book, watch the movie, enjoy both! Let's roll!

In which X7 looks at the final three episodes of The Green Hornet ! These are good episodes, and they end the series with a bang, or rather, a zap! We do wish we had received a second season of the show, but alas, superhero fatigue set in quite quickly in the 60s. Not for X7, but he was of a later vintage. Let's roll, Kato!

In which X7 takes a look at one of the earliest comic books he ever purchased on his own- and it does not have The Vision in it! It does have dinosaurs, though. Turok was a favorite, even if X7 didn't actually buy many issues. Let's roll!

In which X7 reviews the first Jonny Quest feature film, Jonny's Golden Quest (1993). It is a pretty good movie, but there are just a few things that it is completely wrong about. What are those? Watch the review and find out!

In which X7 reviews four more episodes of the wonderful Valley of the Dinosaurs ! He has taken to annotating some of the screen captures, sometimes with dialog from the episode, sometimes with names, and sometimes with pithy observations about the characters or goings on. In which X7 talks about the excellent island adventure Mysterious Island (1961)! This is a fine Ray Harryhausen movie, and is kind of neglected due to the Sinbad and dinosaur movies of the wonderful stop-motion animator. We love it here, though perhaps it runs about ten minutes too long. Still, there is a lot to enjoy, so let's roll!

In which X7 takes a look at a movie he really wanted to love, and it did not live up to the trailer. This is The Deadly Angels , which was the Shaw Brothers answer to Charlie's Angels. They wish! Sure, it is a lot sleazier and the fight scenes are better, but there are NOT ENOUGH of them! See? X7 doesn't love ALL Shaw movies. It is worth a watch, though. Let's roll!

In which X7 introduces a new music feature for one Friday a month! We have seven songs from seven movies that feature music and songs prominently in said features. This will be pretty fun, we think! Let's get ready to rock and roll!

In which X7 looks at the one great episode, one good episode and one very unusual episode of The Green Hornet ! We like all of them, of course, and once again wish the show had been more daring overall. Still, a change of pace is nice, and we are happy we got 26 episodes. Let's roll, Kato!

In which X7 sneaks around actually watching and reviewing Casablanca itself by doing a book review about the best movie in the world. He thinks that will help his alleged quality not show up. It is hard to believe we have been doing this for that many episodes now, but it has been loads of fun and we have a lot more to talk about! We did use the original US dub for this review as well. In which X7 discusses and has a dialogue about episodes 05 to 08 of the fun Valley of the Dinosaurs (1974) series. Three out of the four episodes are quite good. We just don't care much for monkey men. Sorry, not sorry! We also get a lot of Pteranodon longiceps as well, which always makes X7 happy!

In which we celebrate the second annual Pachy ( Pachycephalosaurus wyomingensis ) Day! This is in honor of Lilith's favorite dinosaur. Things have changed a bit since last year's episode, #122, which was before we got to YouTube. We think X7 had a bit too much fun today, but the episode is pretty awesome! Pachycephalosaurus... CHARGE!

In which X7 takes a look at what is really one of the lesser "Venom" movies. Just keepin' it real here! Masked Avengers is a mislabeled movie, since they are killers, not Avengers. Be that as it may, it is full of weapons and action, and lots and lots of blood. The righteous man is invincible!

In which X7 talks about one of this favorite bands, The Smithereens ! We get seven awesome songs, three of which are fun covers and the other originals. We wish we had seen this band live, it would have been awesome! Let's get ready to rock and roll!
