Before we can enter heaven a transformation needs to take place that will be completed with a new resurrected body that will be given to us at the return of Jesus Christ. What will our new body be like? Will we know each other? How will we relate? (1 Corinthians 15:1-58; Philippians 3:20-21; 1 John 3:2-3)

If heaven is the Christian’s hope, why aren’t we more excited about it? We can’t hope for what we don’t desire. Heaven is not only a real place but it’s God’s home and the Christian’s future home. God wants us to not only long for it but live for it. (1 Corinthians 2:9, 10; John 14:1-6)

The truth of Jesus’ resurrection gives us the confident assurance that our faith in Jesus is not misplaced. This living Hope causes our hearts to burn with grateful devotion and compels us to give our lives completely to the one who gave his for us. (Luke 24:13-35; 1 Peter 1:3)

Almost 2,000 years after Abraham offered his son, Isaac, God the Father watched his own son carry wood up the same hill. Jesus was bound and laid on an altar of wood. Nowhere is God’s love for us seen more clearly than in the cross.

In this final message we look at some final instructions from Paul. We talk about practical ways to put these into our lives: Rejoice always, pray continually and give thanks in everything. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-28)

Here we find a list of instructions that are important for every Christian in every church to put into practice: our relationships with our leaders, the timid, the weak and even those people that irritate us and it is hard to be patient with. (1 Thess 5:12-15)

The coming of the future Day of the Lord will be a time of destruction for unbelievers and a time of deliverance for believers in Jesus Christ. It is not so much about knowing the signs of the times as it is personally knowing the Savior of the World. (1 Thessalonians 5:1-11)

What happens to believers who die before Christ comes? In this passage, Paul gives us great comfort to believers in Jesus Christ concerning His return. Are you ready to meet Jesus? (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18)

Can you imagine the transformation that would happen to our relationships if Christians really excelled in Agape’ love. The world can’t imagine it. What would happen if we showed them? (1 Thessalonians 4:9-12)
