Healing is a gradual process, and it takes time. Despite emotional, physical, and spiritual wounds, nothing is permanent in life, and you’ll eventually feel better and happier. On this podcast, I share my poems, Inspirational healing quotes, pages of my journal, and other women’s stories. This podcast will make you stronger while you reflect, pick yourself up, and recover. Why am I doing this? Well, I’m a survivor of sexual abuse. My healing process took me ten years, yes, ten years, but Writing has always been one of my therapy tools. Let’s heal together, WELCOME!
