Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! There has to be a reason for Herb. Sure, Johnny is leaning towards some kind of failed government experiment, but the real answer can probably be found in his parenting. If only we could meet one of Herb's parents... Herb's Dad is waiting in the lobby and it's none other than BERT PARKS!! This is HUGE, Jennie-Poo! We've got the lowdown on how Bert ha...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! It's bring your little sister to work day! Well, not really...but it feels like it. Andy's been entertaining his kid sister, Carol who's been visiting Cincinnati for four days now. Kings Island is fun, but with your BROTHER? Maybe not. Andy realizes he's coming up short in the tour guide department. He decides to enlist the help of one of the smoothe...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! Johnny is tossing and turning. Is that someone outside? What time is it? He opens the door to...nothing. Then, there's a voice! We don't hear it, but Johnny certainly does. This voice tells him some stuff...but some stuff is garbled. Was it God? Was it a dream? How could he know? Maybe he should bug everyone at the station with questions about their...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! The Sports Voice of the Ohio Valley is...WKRP? Art's got stars in his eyes as he hires former Cincinnati Reds Manager Sparky Anderson to host his new sports-talk show. A full two hours and, at some point, the plan is to take it coast-to-coast! Syndication! Huge profits and the unending accolades of mama...er, at least that's how Art sees it.  Sparky...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! Merry Christmas!! Stop looking at the calendar...it's Christmas in KRP-Land and that's all that matters. Remember how weirdly disorienting it was to come across a Christmas episode of a show in syndication?? It didn't matter if it was the middle of July...for half an hour, you got a little of the warmth of Christmas, no matter what time of year. This...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! The entire news department at WKRP consists of a single man: Les Nessman. Truly, he is a paragon among men, a news stalwart who lets nothing deter him from delivering ten brilliant casts a day. Andy thinks it's time to shake things up a bit in the news area...against Les' wishes, and better judgement. They're reviewing audition tapes when a familiar...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! Something big has arrived in the mail at WKRP...and it's not Art's new Model Ships Catalog. The 'BOOK' has arrived. It's the ratings book...and, we discover, the very FIRST book since Andy's been aboard. Hold on...he's only been there six months?? Seems like a year or more, doesn't it? The Mighty 'KRP is UP in the ratings...first time in seven years...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! Art "the Big Guy" Carlson has a big trip planned. He's going bonefishing and his lovely wife Carmen is coming along! Carmen shows up at the station with a little bit of a crimp in the plans. Turns out, she's pregnant. It might have been the Kiwanis Dance, but all signs are pointing towards Superman as the culprit. Mama shows up and things get a bit h...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! When you're on one of the lowest rated stations in town, it's easy to convince yourself nobody's listening. Johnny's eyes are opened when an off-hand comment about tossing some trash on the city hall steps blows up in everyone's face. How bad is it? Art has summoned the station attorney, Elgar Neece. Elgar is a 4'11" fireball played by Christian Seab...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! It's a natural progression for many business executives: once you've conquered the business world, it's time to conquer the world of politics. Arthur "Big Guy" Carlson of WKRP Radio in Cincinnati is one such business executive. Art's been bitten by the political bug! He's ready to steer Cincinnati in the right direction as an esteemed member of the Q...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! Jennifer is gorgeous, cool, aloof, in control and well-to-do.  Who could possibly rock her world? His name is "Steel" and, to hear her tell it, he's every girl's dream. It's not until we meet Mr. Night Maintenance  we discover he might be lacking in the depth department. Steel definitely has the teeth, the hair and the, uh...derriere...to drive the l...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK! You're probably asking yourself "am I planning for every eventuality?" What's that? You're NOT? You really should be talking to Herbert R. Tarlek, Esquire. Mr. Tarlek is now representing one of the most prestigious Insurance Companies in North America. You've never heard of them, but they 've been featured on "60 Minutes" TWICE! 'The Monster Who Sold...

Send a note to Allen & Donna… WELCOME BACK!  What's a Sports Director to do? Les was challenged by WPIG, the Number One Station in the market, to a Softball game. The problem is, they're good...beat the Baptists, good. No way Les can back out now. He shook on it! He ALSO bet $200, which might carry more weight than the handshake. Jennifer says she'll play. Once the guys hear she plans to play...
