In this episode, we caught up with DELTA runner Anthony Wood. We discussed his running journey so far, including the training that led up to his 2:45 marathon PB in December 2022. Ant also shared his inspiring road to recovery from a near death snowboarding accident, which occurred in the build up to the Chicago Marathon in July 2023.

Matt is a very talented member of DELTA Running Project with personal bests of 14:53 in the 5k, 31:35 in the 10k, 1:09 in the half marathon and 2:28:00 in the marathon. In this episode, we spoke about his recent first place finish at the Canberra marathon where he ran 2:32:13. We also spoke about Matts experience balancing family life (raising 6 kids), a busy work schedule and running.
