Our ego mind never wants us to sit in presence, or pray, or work out, or go for a walk. In our maturity, we have to learn how to override the ego mind's feelings and choose devotion/discipline of our values.

In this episode explain how I have uncovered my inner feminine safety: through my body, God, and my husband. When I did not have all three, there was an incompleteness felt within. 

Women have been shown one way of being: how to be hyper-masculine. And it has been the cause of so much suffering. The masculine principles of action, doing, structure, logic, information, and control are unbalanced with the feminine principles of being in the body, opening, softening, flowing, receiving, and attuning with inner knowing and intuition.

I spent all of my 20's in disordered eating and fear of body symptoms because I was so unsafe within. Repairing this relationship with myself and my body is now my new foundation of safety and freedom! 

It is through Mastering our Ego Mind that we find the Treasure Deep Within: our Soul, our Heart, God. 

Sympathetic= fast, friction, tense, performing, closed down, shallow breathing, not emotional attuned    Parasympathetic= slow, present, open, attuned, emotionally safe, deep breathing  Do women have the courage to ask their heart and their body what they need to feel safe and open in the bedroom? 

In this episode I reflect on the marriage dynamics showcased in season 3 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.... they are so brave in sharing their marriage stories in the hopes to help others! I love psychology + marriage, so this episode includes deep psychological reflections about betrayal, lies, and childhood trauma in marriage. 

If we want to live an awakened life from our Heart/Soul, we have to learn how to fully feel our scariest body sensations, like fear or anxiety, and to be safe within the feeling. This is fundamental repairing of how to be safe within our own bodies. 

Women are the "oracle of the relationship" because she feels everything in her marriage.
