Since we touched base on what's like being an actor in Los Angeles last week, I thought I could invite another friend of mine, Erica Saint Wiltz aka @itsdaddylonglegs. We are talking about how she became a model in the first place and her journey of pursuing this career full-time in NYC.

We all been there, catching ourselves dreaming about being a Hollywood star and living in a mansion with a view of the city. So, I thought I could invite my friend Sarah Moliski to talk about the reality of making it in Hollywood and what it is really like to live there as an actress.

As much as it makes me feel uncomfortable to talk about this, I thought eventually we have to. Family is what most of us consider as a support system and it truly is a great support system. They are always there for you to help you with your problems or just listen to you WELL most families. However, sometimes the lines get blurred and we might overshare without even realizing it.

This week I'm talking about social isolation. It's something that some of us or maybe most of us are going through right now due to the pandemic. Our lives turned upside down hence our relationships have changed too.

Here I'm talking about the truth on how overthinkers think. It's a crazy and wild spiral. Just wanted to share how we actually think and what it causes that.

Can you really trust someone fully? Well, there is only one way to find out by trusting them in the first place and seeing what they do to prove that. This might turn out exactly opposite if the person you are trusting on actually takes advantage of that, but is not it worth it to try?

TikTok is what everyone is talking about these days and for a good reason because this dear platform might be getting banned in 45 days unless Microsoft or any other company in the US reaches a deal with Bytedance. The reason I wanted to talk about TikTok is that I think not just me, but a lot of people who are using the platform found a safe place to express themselves without judgment.

Today I'm playing a risky card game called "We're Not Really Strangers." I absolutely love this game and the account on Instagram. Unlike most accounts on Instagram, this is the one keeping it 100% real.

Pressure can come from everywhere and the shocking thing is the most pressure actually comes from within us. We put so much pressure on ourselves sometimes without even realizing it.

Friendships are such an important topic regardless of age and depending on the person that could be either a huge part of your support system or even the only one you might have.
