We welcome to the show Darrell Hines. Darrell is new to Texas but not new to hard work. He is adapting well to his new property and work family.  Rich now knows how it was for Rick to babysit him and Alvaro gets over his slump. 

We open up the phone lines to callers. Emergency Exit's Brandon the Hard Hat fills us in on his battle with Covid-19. Alvaro tries to name his slump. Rick has a jam session on the clock. As patriotic as Rich is he seems to keep going up against freedom fighter. 

Alvaro updates us about the luxurious property he’s currently working at. Rick goes the extra mile for a Home Owner for the last time. Rich and his property scramble to pass their fire inspection with the city. We also have some photos sent in to review.

We welcome back our friend Ashley. She updates us on her near death experience with a self cleaning oven, also how much she loves being invited to the show. The guys talk about their food excursion to El Gallo taco house. We answer another Kalene’s corner. And somehow we always turn this maintenance podcast into a movie review pod.
