Unpaid carers save the government £162 billion a year, but this often comes at a cost to their own financial, physical and mental wellbeing. We interview carers and staff and explore some of the issues facing carers as they navigate the pitfalls of caring and the complicated benefit system and healthcare systems all the while trying to look all their own health and wellbeing.
