Every episode, whiskey brother Thom introduces a new whisk(e)y — and then invites his sister Patsy to taste it. Patsy doesn't like whiskey.  More truthfully, she can't stand it. Her reaction is rated on the Whiskey Face Scale: five levels of suffering, from Manageable to Not Happening . Each roughly 20-minute episode covers the whiskey's history and character, Thom's tasting notes, Patsy's completely unscripted reaction, and a Redemption Round — a cocktail or pairing designed to bring her back from the edge.  It may not work.
