I recently had a doctor's visit where I found at that I'm pretty healthy. It made me think of a visit 3 years ago so I'm also recapping that visit to the doctor's office.

Oh no! My phone crashed! I live on my phone. It happened before we went to Kearney for a Jiu-Jitsu tournament.

Our long 4th of July weekend was fun. We took in a new adventure at Lauritzen Gardens and had ice cream from Ted and Wally's.

I sometimes struggle with being a Small Business Owner as many other owners might. Overall, it's a wonderful thing, but sometimes you just gotta push to make it through. Also giving a general update of what's Up with Small Guy.

In this episode I give thanks to all the people that took part in our event on June 22nd. Special thanks to my wonderful wife, Mitzi, for always being there for me and helping me succeed. I also talk about the frustrations that come along with event coordination in my experiences.

I wanted to talk about what I see on a daily basis while driving through the city of Omaha. It is crazy how people have no regard for anyone's safety. I get so annoyed and frustrated with the lack of courtesy out there. Omaha, we can do so much better!

It's Omaha Gives! Day today. Go out and support your or local non-profit organizations. I'm excited to work with HOBY Nebraska again and this will non doubt be an Oustanding experience.

Family picnic asy my daughter's school on Friday. Then running all over town for What's Up Omaha on Saturday during a power outage in Papillion, La Vista and Ralston.

I've been grinding lately and I'm happy with many of the results. In this episode I talk about my busy weekend and getting closer to my short-term weight loss goal.
