Recently, my wife and I celebrated our 14th anniversary and it's so crazy to think that we have come this far. There's no me without her and my kids. This episode is for them.

Sometimes we gotta go through things in life. Every day isn't going to be wonderful, but we have to know that we will be okay. Just keep focused and have good people around you.

I got a surprise in the mail! Thank You cards from some of the youth participants at the seminar that I was an emcee for a few months ago. Plus, general updates.

My family visited Little Rock to participate in the Submission Challenge and we stayed a couple extra days to enjoy the city. A lot of good food was eaten while there. #OmahaFattie 😊

It's so upsetting to see all the crime that is going on around the city.
