Welcome to our first monthly round-up. Each month we will be running through some of the stories that caught our eye. In October's round-up we talk about Adam Johnson and neck guards in Ice Hockey, the passing of Friends actor Matthew Perry and about the government's plans to ban XL Bully's as of the 31st December 2023.

Storm Babet hit the United Kingdom late last week and into the weekend. Despite the worst of the storm behind us the Environmental Agency are still warning of potential flooding. Liz and Abby look into the chaos that Storm Babet caused and how it's been affecting people across the country.

Join us for this first episode of What's Going on. Abby tells us all about the flash flooding that occurred in Libya. We discuss what caused the flooding, the impact it has had on the community and why are the people of Libya now protesting. Abby also interviewed Baha Tashani, who works for the Penny Appeal, providing aid for those in Libya, but also has family and friends in the country himself.
