In this week's Student Discussion episode, Avery and Charlie welcome back Bowen and the Scottish laddie, Wesley.  They discuss spiritual enemies that they face in life and how they experience God's presence and help in those moments.   They also discuss whether grape or strawberry jelly is better (grape is the correct answer).

The Church is full of broken, messed up people who have all been rescued, redeemed, and forgiven by Jesus.  That past is something that we all have in common and that can be powerful when we come together.  Individually and collectively, we are trophies of God's grace.

We are back!  Each week, students will discuss the message from that night at Reckless, our High School Ministry.  Led by Avery and Charlie, they will discuss relevant topics, faith, and what it looks like to follow Jesus with other high school students.  

Romans 8:29 calls us as believers to be "conformed to the image of Jesus." This means that our entire Christian lives we are called to grow to look more like him so that we can be a light to the world. How do we grow in christlikeness?

Our first series of the year is a series about the importance and beauty of God's Church. Gen Z is more apathetic and disillusioned about the church than other generations.  And they will be the ones to lead the Church in the future, so it's imperative to help students look at the Church from all angles to fully understand its importance.  And it starts and ends with Jesus.
