Jason Parker 31.08.2025

This stop in the Werribee Public Art Walking Tour is by New Zealand-born artist Jason Parker who is know for his large-scale murals.  This tranquil artwork adorns the side of Tuckers in  Wedge Street Piazza just off Watton Street and celebrates the beautiful natural surrounds of the Werribee River and the region’s culturally diverse community.

Revisitation and return 31.08.2025

This stop in the Werribee Public Art Walking Tour is by Yorta Yorta artist Peta Clancy.  The temporary artwork adorns the windows of the Southern end of Werribee Train Station in Station Place and reflects on historic landscape photography which has shaped public perceptions of the land and its ownership.

REKA 31.08.2025

This mural by James Reka, AKA REKA is located in Joseph Lanyon Reserve Playground on Vincent Crescent in Werribee.  Celebrating local native animals, this mural is filled with bold and beautiful Superb fairywrens paired with the muted greens of Australian gum trees.

This mural by Damien Mitchel is located on the wall of Vincent’s Pizza & Pasta, 60 Vincent Crescent Werribee, brightening up a busy corner block.  The mural captures a special moment between a grandparent and child together in the garden picking tomatoes. 

Hayden Dewar 31.08.2025

This stop in the Werribee Public Art Walking Tour is a large-scale mural by Hayden Dewar on the Werribee Water Tower.  Built in 1914, the water tower is a historic landmark in Werribee and the mural draws inspiration from the importance of local waterways to the township of Werribee, local flora and fauna.  This mural was commissioned by Arts Assist in 2020.
