In any journey, there are times of intense struggle and a push to move forwards, balanced by periods of rest to regain our strength. Physical rest comes so easily to us but finding spiritual rest can be a real challenge. If we can allow ourselves to be led by Jesus into his rest we will find ourselves filled and ready to journey with him again.
