Hi loves !!!! Just wanted to chime in say that I’m back I took some time off due to my depression it just wasn’t allowing me to be great or my best self but the depression has worn off and I have so much to say !

Talking bout my bday and how that went noticing that the circle of women who celebrate for me have gotten smaller .

This episode I take full accountability on my role I played in a break up because I wasn’t fully healed from the previous trauma bond/relationship. Bumping into old friends & being honest about my weight gain since my last break up and holding myself accountable

While driving on my way to work venting about being back on apps not to date but to find a connection within a friend/ reconnecting with male friends / enjoying being single

It’s Monday while getting my day started Rambling about breakups,safe sex , fake friends and some how navigating out of abusive relationships .

This segment I discuss how growing up in a Latin household gave me the confidence I have today . How ppl change and the lies ppl tell to try to make you seem like a bad person stand on everything you say 10 toes

Embracing change and how sometimes everything does fall apart to prepare you for the next chapter in life . I turned 33 and had a great spa day with my roommate . My bday dress disaster and just ranting bout being single
