This Sunday at Urgent Church, Pastor Mike continued part two of our Worthy series on a sermon titled “You Are Qualified.” He answered the question, how do we live a worthy life for God according to the Bible. Telling us how Colossians 1:10 says to bear good fruit, grow in the knowledge of God and be strengthened by the power of God.

This Sunday at Urgent Church, Pastor Mike started our Worthy series on a sermon titled “Look Again.” He spoke on how If someone takes your praise, they can also can take your perspective. People see what they want to see, so we need dig deep roots in our praise to God because He is the only one who is worthy of our praise.

This Easter at Urgent Church, Pastor Mike preached a sermon titled “Don’t Miss Your Moment.” He talked on how your life is not just made up of time but of moments and the importance of being patient for God's moments to unfold in your life.

Pastor Mike preached the last sermon of our Hope In The Dark series titled “Get Out The Way.” He touched on the importance of being persistent in prayer and being quick to respond to God's word.

Brian Blomquist preached part three of our Hope In The Dark series titled “Get Moving.” In the message he encouraged us with Mark chapter 5 as Jesus demonstrates His authority by working miracles in dark places.

This Sunday Pastor Mike preached part two of our Hope In The Dark series titled “Get Up.” In the message he encouraged us that we must get out of the dark and into light with God’s grace.

Pastor Mike started off our new Hope In The Dark series preaching on how there is a difference between biblical hope and worldly hope. Watch this sermon to see how God can use your testimony to give hope to peoples lives and find out what biblical hope really is.

This is what happens in seasons like the one we are in. We say we are looking for God, and spending time with Him, but we are so focused and distracted about what comes next that we struggle to find him. But I have come to remind someone today, that God is right where you left Him!

In a culture that teaches us to speak our mind, and shoot from the hip because you have the freedom to say whatever you want… We have in so many ways diminished the power of our words because of our eagerness to share our opinion instead of the truth of God’s word.

Brian Blomquist brought the final message of 2020 to Urgent Church. He spoke on the importance of prayer and praise during every season of our lives. He used examples from the book of Daniel to challenge us to use our spiritual PPE.

As we get into the Christmas season, and reminisce about Christmas past and memories while we put up the tree, and pull out all the ornaments for the tree.
