Heyyy! Just a little update to catch y’all up with things. We’re still finding our footing. Still bumping heads, but making a little progress. This child is acting like I’m someone new to the block. I know my role has changed, but me as a person has not. I’m not going to force her to see the good that’s right in her face. She will be 18 come November and I’m only obligated to get her thru high school. After that she can live the life she wants. Do I love her yes, with all my heart, but don’t get me twisted….sistah. Word is Lizzo is thinking of quitting music along with making her social media accounts private. It’s been two months and this Saturday will be 3 weeks that the girls relocated upstairs. It’s still a work in progress. My apartment now has two more individuals. Two individuals who lived differently. Two individuals who have a lot to learn.  I’m dealing with that and now boss issues. I literally need time to catch my breath from all the chaos. K bye! 

I recorded this yesterday but forgot to post. That was yesterday and today’s a new day. Last night me and the girls talked about stuff. …..life, school, college, therapy, etc.  This new chapter is a lot for all of us, but we have to come together. K bye! 

This was my Sunday and it wasn’t a funday. The 19 yr old texted me in distress. So I went to check on her & her sister. The biologicals answered the door full on attitude and you can listen to all that transpired. I filed a complaint with the police as a backup going into this week. Keys are to be turned in come Friday! K bye! 

Just a little update of sorts of what’s happening with me and the girls. They’re still in their apartment until d-day. That day is 5/12 where they’ll leave the apartment they were raised in. Again, if you take away anything please let it be to get your ducks in a row. Especially if there’s family strife. K bye! 

and then some over this past week. We don’t get to pick our parents or family members. Some hit the jackpot of all jackpots and others like the girls don’t. Last Friday little miss sunshine chose me over those that never cared about her. Actually they didn’t care about their own moms wellbeing. Don’t be that family. To see them you’d never know how their story began. We all have a story good, bad and ugly but it doesn’t have to define who we are. I’m always telling little miss sunshine she can rewrite her story.
