We start off our MADE sermon series talking about how we are made to Behold Jesus and to celebrate the relationship we have with Him, how He invites us to "Come and see" Him and where He is.

We celebrate the 3rd Sunday of Advent and look at the connection between excitement and patience as we wait for Christmas and the return of Jesus in the Resurrection.

We talk about the "small" subject of the meaning of life and begin to wrap up our Annual Focus year in which we have been talking about the big idea of "vocation". 

The weekly readings for the 23rd Sunday after Pentecost are: Malachi 4; Psalm 98; 2 Thessalonians 3:1–13; Luke 21:1*–36 (Normally this reading starts on vs 5)

Today we talk about the readings for the day which are all about our connection with God and how we sometimes try to ignore His call to our own detriment.

The readings for the 22nd week after Pentecost are: Exodus 3:1–15; Psalm 148; 2 Thessalonians 2; and Luke 20:27–40

We talk about the legalisms that we put on ourselves when we think about what makes us good or bad, and how Jesus sets us free from this legalism by declaring us all worthy for heaven.

This week beginning Nov 3 is the celebration of All Saints. The readings are Revelation 7:(2-8) 9–17; Psalm 149; 1 John 3:1–3; and Matthew 5:1–12
