This week we look at how we can live more purposefully or remember to be present during beautiful simple moments and celebrating holidays creatively while trying to establish traditions.

This week as we wrap up the season at the New York Auto Show- I share my thoughts on the new We Love NYC logo design- and the personal love I have for the city through all of my life milestones that have happened in the city or while I was in the city. 

Today I am sharing the road of an actual event from the first presentation and creative strategy to the the creative process and building something as a unit- as well as the transformation from a designer to a creative director- and the absolute power of emotive and meaningful experiences when you get to see an event unfold.

Fostering creativity in our household is one of the most important things JR and I try to do as parents. Today we look into our family's five truths and break them apart. Curiosity, Honesty, Self-expression, Creativity and Love. These truths have helped us guide our daughter into the wonderful human that she is today by creating a safe place for her to create and explore.

This Thursday we take a look at how I respond to forecasting and trends- how they help inform my design solutions for the brands I am lucky enough to work with. And how I try to navigate prediction.

This week we are talking about graphics and understanding information architecture- Regardless of your discipline it is truly important to understand how to organize your thoughts visually on a page for story telling. We look at the foundational elements you need to understand as a design human. Because you can not break the rules until you know what the rules are.

Representing your work on-line; how do you highlight projects, how you begin thinking about balancing the beginning middle and end of a process is all about balance. This week we take a look at some thought starters about how you might categorize your work, and what parts to pull into the main navigation for easy of hierarchy.
