I had almost given up hope as far as the Saw franchise was concerned, which was rare since I think this series has more hits than misses... Jigsaw was just such a dry and lackluster prequel that I wasn't sure where the series was going next, but we got this instead. I was on the fence about the entire idea of throwing Chris Rock into this as the lead character, even with Samuel L. Jackson also hea...

As a horror buff who isn't even a fan of the original Black Christmas per say, it's odd that I've been anticipating this fan film... Maybe because that 2019 remake left such a shit stain in the freshly fallen Christmas snow. But let me just say that these creators tackled this property for good reason. That is all. Enjoy, y'all.

Just when I was telling myself that I'm trying to hold onto my youthfulness as much as I possibly can, this movie had other plans... There's not much I can say about this since it's looking like quite the mystery, but I will say my curiosity has been activated. Enjoy, folks.

This damn review is already long enough, so no long caption needed... I'm ready for part 10. Enjoy, y'all.

The first Escape Room movie was surprisingly okay for me... Nothing to rave about at all, but it was a pretty creative flick being as though the majority of the odds were against it. This is a property that really should've been rated R but given my bad anxiety and claustrophobia, PG-13 is a safe bet. Just the idea of the first one is uncomfortable all around. But let's see if these new escapees c...

It's pretty strange for me to be most excited this time around for a Marvel movie I completely unfamiliar with... Maybe the mystery about it has my attention along with some great casting. There's some things Disney/Marvel took some liberties with here that bother me, but I won't let that keep me away from what can possibly be an epic intro to some interesting MCU characters. Enjoy, folks.

When you cross Zack Snyder with zombies, the result is glorious... For those who don't know, just go back and watch his 2004 remake of Dawn Of The Dead. Fresh off the humble success he had with his cut of Justice League, Snyder returns to his horror roots, which I absolutely love. Sure, the premise is a big stretch. But I can appreciate seeing something different as far as zombie flicks go. And yo...

This is as hype as a reaction as y'all are going to get from me today... I just can't do it. Enjoy, people.

Now I'm a creature feature/monster movie/bug flick fan just as much as the next genre buff... But this is one I haven't seen since I was literally a kid, and wasn't sure if it held up or not. To keep things brief, we're about to see here if the movie sucks more than it's titular mosquitoes do. Enjoy, people.

It's a good thing my boy Roach's birthday was today because otherwise, I think I would've kept waiting for the "right time" to cover this... This is easily one of my favorite Wes Craven films ever made, and I stand so firmly on that. From start to finish, it's such a creepy, entertaining, and socially relevant horror film altogether. And I never get tired of talking about it or watching it. Enjoy,...

I guess with the somewhat huge success of both the Goosebumps movies and Scary Stories To Tell In The Dark, the book to film trend is back in effect... But if they're doing this one here, which I don't really remember in depth, I just have a few requests: Tailypo, Ghost Train, and In A Dark Dark Room. Give me movie versions of those if y'all are taking the time out to make this into a three film N...

So news broke recently of a follow up entry to the remake of Pet Sematary... And it's safe to say that I'm not excited about it. But to gear myself up for the inevitable, I figured I'd take a trip back to horror fans' favorite ancient burial ground and talk about it during. Because when we understand that sometimes "dead is better", we can always go down this nostalgic and disturbing path and reme...

Of course Snake Eyes is a fan favorite amongst the Joes, but I didn't see an origin story in the cards after the last entry... There were bits of flashback sequences that let people know about his childhood in the Rise Of Cobra flick, but I was overall disappointed we weren't getting a sequel to Retaliation. All in all, here we are and we have a film about Snake Eyes' journey, and I wasn't sure ho...

I've waited and waited, so it's finally time to check this bad boy out... A very big shout out to Justin Mane, who stars and is an executive producer here, for sending me the trailer. With a classic original film in the can, a bunch of overall lackluster sequels that followed and so many development hell moments, this is a property that deserves it's shot on screen again. And God bless the Indie f...

As a Fast & Furious buff, this is quite the switch in terms of cars saving folks during a film... This is a flick I always see on Netflix, but never had desire to watch until last night. But since today is the anniversary of it's release, this was very fitting. I went in blind, but I didn't have these crazy expectations much at all here. It's a car that's either got a driver, or it doesn't. And it...

I actually thoroughly enjoy the Purge series... It's one of Blumhouse's best properties, and I love the liberties they take with this idea that isn't too far fetched in today's society. Not to mention that I don't hate any of the movies in the series, no matter how much they may vary. But being as though the last film was so damn great for me, this finale (so they say) has some really big shoes to...

If they want to bless me with a clip and try to win my heart back over with this series, I appreciate the attempt... I'd rather they go for the heart this way as opposed to a Jigsaw contraption I wouldn't outlast. Enjoy, y'all.

This is long overdue... Especially since it's not only a follow up to a somewhat disappointing comic book film, but also because it's been pushed back like a million times. But I'm a patient person for the most part, and I was always curious how a follow up would go about with Venom and Carnage facing off throughout. All I ask is that the fight between the two symbiote goons be choreographed way b...

This movie doesn't get the credit it deserves much at all in my opinion... The plot, the writing, the directing, the cast, the overall execution all work amazingly here and it makes for such an underrated gem. What I need is for this director to revive this epic series for both the old school and next gen action buffs who still can appreciate a good story at it's core. Enjoy, people.

If it's George A. Romero, it's got my interest... For better or worse. That being said, this has my interest a bit more than it did when it was announced. Enjoy, folks.

Simple and plain, one of thee best and most underrated black cinema comedies ever made... That is all. Enjoy, y'all.

There's many ways in horror for victims to be dispatched... And as insane as it sounds, one of the most memorable moments a film can have is when someone's noggin is completely disposed of. Yes, it's extreme but that's horror at times, depending on what you're into. I find it most interesting that horror writers have come up with inventive and wild ways for beheadings to take place during a film....

It's about damn time!... They have been keeping this movie from me long enough, and I actually am interested how they're going to expand on this story. Enjoy, people

Let me just say that I am one to actually have fun watching bad horror films... Lord knows that I've had my fair share of experiences with B-movies that are both great and terrible. That being said, I was very hesitant to check this out. But if I can make it through bad movies like the Day Of The Dead remake (both of them), Chain Letter and Doom, I figured I could handle Horny The Clown dispatchin...

This is something that surprisingly has me interested enough to check out... Not that I didn't grow up on and love the original Rugrats series but if studios reboot nostalgia, we know it's hit or miss. And since I have to wait forever for my live action Thundercats nostalgia on screen, the small screen's most adventurous babies ever have to do for now. That, and the voice casting is very familiar....
