It's always party time whenever I decide to come back to this movie, and it never let's me down... I do enough raving about it in the full episode, so I'll let that do the talking. Happy Anniversary to one of the G.O.A.T.s. Enjoy, people.

These particular types of sleazy exploitation flicks are really my speed but being as though I've heard of this before and Ryan Krueger is directing a remake, this was a proper time... Krueger gave me a little gem called Fried Barry, so there's no telling what he'll bring to the table with this property. Especially after seeing just how insane this original version already is. This movie opens with The Demeter making it's way to London, and today is the official release of The Last Voyage Of The Demeter... I feel this couldn't have been a better time. It's a full circle moment, but I've always honestly had so much love for this iteration of Dracula and how it was a brand new intro to the story. There's also tons of eye candy that make vampirism extremely tempting. Enjoy...

I'm starting to think that 2023 will close at as one of the years that kept proving me wrong more times than I planned... I never saw the need for a prequel of any kind really when it came to John Wick, but Peacock had other plans. Enjoy, y'all.

Y'all know I'm not into these movies... But I was VERY surprised at how into this movie I actually was. It was pretty decent to see Patrick Wilson helm a film in a series he been so invested in. This was interesting to say the least. Enjoy, folks.

Like I said, the title and the trailers aren't fooling a single soul... There's no way to NOT know this movie was going to go completely insane this time around. As a sequel should. This is a slight switch for me content wise, because I don't think I ever had intentions on watching this movie... But I had no clue the cast was stacked like this and didn't know I was familiar with this director. I thought Tyler Perry was behind the camera but he wasn't, which sometimes tends to work differently for me. Enjoy, y'all.

There's a wide audience who still loves a warm hearted and family oriented animal adventure on screen... And I'm sure they'll understand from the first trailer alone that this isn't any of what I just mentioned. While this is just a rumored thing for the time being, it's not far fetched that Radio Silence may want to center on their Universal project and take a break from Ghostface. Much like how I felt about Candyman 2021, I stand on the fact that this movie is not getting talked about ENOUGH... This particular portion of the Bram Stoker novel, one chapter, told on the big screen for one movie. We know the outcome, but seeing what transpires before the Demeter gets to London will be nothing shy of horror goodness. The faith I've got in this movie is insane. Enjoy, folks.

Very much an impromptu episode, but this had to be done... This is one of those celebrity deaths that hit childhood and overall nostalgia all across the board. Rest Peacefully, Paul Reubens. You were a true talent and brought smiles that stretched across the world. Enjoy, people.

It's a tad bit strange that a Saw movie is releasing in September instead of it's classic October release were used to, but here's hoping... Saw is a franchise that I've never given up on, so let's see if John Kramer's new trap house is as insane as the others. Enjoy, people.

Now that we know Jamie Foxx is alive and well and healing, STOP all the theorizing about who he may or may not be... It's good to see him on screen again. But this movie however, definitely won't help the conspiracy theorists develop a chill button. There's layers here, there's conspiracies proven right, there's twists and turns galore. Enjoy, y'all.

It's obvious that I'm not one of those folks who have casted out Ezra Miller and completely ruled out this film... No, even amid the controversy, this was still one of the most anticipated movies of the year for me. And I made sure I got a small disclaimer out before nerding out to this entire flick. Another go round with the MCU's new trio of heroes, and I'm glad the Girl Power theme is pissing folks off... It's well deserved at this point and with Nia DaCosta at the helm here, I'm hoping this is an fun time. Enjoy, y'all.

Obviously this movie isn't for the easily offended or the sensitive listeners overall but come to think of it, I'm not sure any of my episodes are particularly held back with words here... I'm not a fan of the whole Five Nights At Freddy's thing, but apparently it's a popular enough property to get it's own horror comedy based on it... There's also another version coming out soon, but Nicolas Cage is the man of the hour here. Unfortunately he's got to spend more than a few hours in this run down place fighting off possessed animatronic animals. I'm not joking, that's the actual plot...

You can't kill something that's already dead they say, and some would argue that this franchise has been long dead since the 2000s... But some creators out there would beg to differ because a reboot is finally on the way. But there's some very important questions, comments, and concerns that I have here. It has to be said. This is another that was recommended to me on Facebook and being as though I had seen a small clip that had me into it, it was a no brainer once I was being super sold on this by an outside party. What I thought was just a creature feature took me COMPLETELY by surprise. Enjoy, people.

I'm not sure if the backstory on Willy Wonka in the Tim Burton remake is to blame here, but I'm curious as to how many people actually wanted to know how young Wonka came up in the chocolate game... I can honestly say I wasn't one of them. But if I'm intrigued about one thing here, it's how Timothee Chamalet will portray this version of the classic character. Risky business nonetheless. With all the yelling and screaming at the screen I do watching horror flicks, whether in my head or out loud, this is one of those movies that speaks directly to me... While there's tons of moments I can and can't relate to, I feel like there's plenty of blueprints here to either survive the horror genre as a black person, or find yourself on the chopping block.
